Winter GK Fridays #2

Friday nights - starting January 6th, 2023

7 PM to 8 PM (Session #2) -

Located at the St Luke’s Sports Performance Center in Allentown, PA (702 Union Boulevard, Allentown, PA 18019)
Goalkeepers Ages 9-16.

10 sessions every Friday night until March 10th, 2023. Winter Training covers all major aspects of Goalkeeping including set position, basic handling, collapse diving, extension diving, 1 v 1 saves, reactionary saves, dealing with deflections, distribution, parrying, high balls, and more. Speed, strength, agility, core training, and balance training will be incorporated.
All Goalkeepers will receive a FREE Dominate the 18 Goalkeeping T-shirt that needs to be worn to each session.
