Two ages Groups u9 to u12 - 6 PM to 7 PM
u13 to u18 - 7 PM to 8 PM

All Goalkeepers will also receive a FREE DOMINATE the 18 athletic training shirt that must be worn to each session.

10 sessions every Sunday night until March 10th, 2024. Winter Training covers all major aspects of Goalkeeping including set position, basic handling, collapse diving, extension diving, 1 v 1 saves, reactionary saves, dealing with deflections, distribution, parrying, high balls, and more. Speed, strength, agility, core training, and balance training will be incorporated.
All Goalkeepers will receive a FREE Dominate the 18 Goalkeeping T-shirt that needs to be worn to each session.
