10 sessions every Sunday night until March 12th, 2023. Winter Training covers all major aspects of Goalkeeping including set position, basic handling, collapse diving, extension diving, 1 v 1 saves, reactionary saves, dealing with deflections, distribution, parrying, high balls, and more. Speed, strength, agility, core training, and balance training will be incorporated.
All Goalkeepers will receive a FREE Dominate the 18 Goalkeeping T-shirt that needs to be worn to each session.
